How does personalisation work?

The magic is all yours! Our unique personalisation tool lets you design your item exactly the way you want it — choose your fonts, pick your favourite quotes, customise characters, and even select your dog breed. The best bit? You see your creation come to life in real time as you design it. What you see is exactly what gets printed, so there are no surprises (only lovely ones).

Do I get to see a proof before my item is made?

You don't need one! Because you design your item yourself using our live personalisation tool, you can see exactly how it will look before you place your order. Once you're happy and hit 'Buy', we get straight to work printing it just as you created it.

How long will my order take?

Most of our personalised products are made right here in our studio and dispatched the next working day via Royal Mail Tracked 48 — so you won't be waiting long!

A small number of our products — including beach towels, cushions, and clothing — are printed by our trusted print partner. These items are typically received within 7 working days, though they often arrive sooner. Delivery for these items is £2.99.

During busy periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day, and other peak times, dispatch may take a little longer than usual. We'll always do our best to keep you updated, but if your gift is time-sensitive, we'd recommend ordering a little earlier to be safe.

Can I send my order directly to the recipient as a gift?

Absolutely! Just enter their address at checkout and we'll send it straight to them. You can also add a personalised message to the back of your chosen gift note from our selection to include with the order — a lovely finishing touch that makes it feel extra special.

How are orders packaged?

We think the unboxing moment is part of the gift! Every order is packaged in a simple brown box, snuggled in wood wool and honeycomb wrap for any breakables. It's eco-friendly, planet-kind packaging — good for the earth, good for the gift, and guaranteed to make someone smile.

What materials are used?

What is your returns policy for personalised items?

Because every item is made especially for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalised products unless they arrive damaged or there's an error on our part. If something's not right, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right. For full details, take a look at our Refund Policy.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now, we ship within the UK only. We're working on expanding — watch this space! In the meantime, if you're based outside the UK and have your heart set on something, feel free to get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking details. Can't find it? Check your junk folder first (it happens to the best of us!), then feel free to drop us a message and we'll look into it for you.
