Refund & Return Policy – Quirkably Yours

At Quirkably Yours, every item is made to order and personalised with care — which means returns and refunds are only offered in specific cases, as outlined below.

Personalised Products

All our products are customised to your specifications and are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable, in line with UK consumer law.

However, we will offer a refund, replacement or return in the following circumstances:

  • The item arrives faulty or damaged
  • The personalisation is not as submitted in your order (e.g. incorrect name or image due to our error)

Please note: If you've entered incorrect personalisation details during the order process (e.g. a typo or uploaded the wrong image), we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

  1. Keep all packaging
  2. Take clear photos of the damage and packaging
  3. Contact us within 5 working days of delivery via:

Please include your order number and images when you get in touch. We aim to resolve most issues within 24 hours.

Returns Process (For Faulty or Incorrect Items Only)

  1. Contact Us First
    Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.
  2. Receive Confirmation
    We will review your claim and confirm whether your item is eligible for return, refund, or replacement.
  3. Return Instructions
    If a return is authorised, we will provide you with the most appropriate return address based on your location.
  4. Refund or Replacement
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will either:
    • Issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days
    • Or dispatch a replacement item

Please note that return postage costs are only reimbursed if the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly personalised by us.
