1. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks and may be modified to conform to technical requirements. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.
2. Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information
We are not responsible if information on this site is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. The material is for general information only and should not be solely relied upon for decisions without consulting primary sources.
Some of our product images, particularly the main product image, may be created or enhanced using artificial intelligence (AI). Whilst these images are designed to represent the product as accurately as possible, some details may vary slightly from the finished item. To help you make an informed purchase, we provide photographs of the actual product wherever possible, allowing you to see exactly what you can expect to receive.
3. Modifications to the Service and Prices
Prices for our products may change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice at any time.
4. Products or Services
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online. These may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Returns Policy.
We strive to display product colours and images as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee accuracy on all screens.
5. User-Generated Content
Submissions: By uploading content (e.g. images for personalisation), you confirm you own the content or have rights to use it, and you grant Quirkably Yours a licence to use it solely to fulfil your order.
Content Guidelines: Content must not include offensive, obscene, or infringing material.
We reserve the right to refuse orders containing copyrighted logos, celebrity images, trademarks, offensive content, or material we believe infringes third-party rights.
Licence Grant: You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, modify and display your content only for the purpose of processing your specific order. We will not use it for marketing or other purposes without your consent.
Protection and Confidentiality: Your uploaded content is handled securely and only accessed by authorised personnel involved in fulfilling your order.
User Responsibility: You confirm that your content does not infringe third-party rights. You agree to indemnify Quirkably Yours against claims arising from content you provide.
6. Personalised Products
Personalised and custom-made products are created specifically to your requirements and, as such, cannot usually be returned or refunded unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described. Customers are responsible for checking all personalisation details, including spelling, dates, names and uploaded images, before submitting an order.
Product variations
Due to the personalised, handmade or made-to-order nature of some products, minor variations in colour, positioning, materials, finish or appearance may occur.
7. Customer Approval of Personalisation
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalisation details provided are accurate. Quirkably Yours is not responsible for errors in the finished product where incorrect information has been supplied by the customer at the time of ordering.
8. Product Safety & Information
Food items and seeds.
Where products contain food, drink, seeds, plants, or other consumable items, customers are responsible for reviewing all ingredients, allergen information, warnings and usage instructions prior to use. Where full information is not displayed on packaging, customers should refer to the original manufacturer’s labelling or product information.
Quirkably Yours does not manufacture consumable products and cannot guarantee allergen-free production environments. Product contents and packaging may vary due to supplier availability, but any substitutions will be of a similar type and value.
Temperature
Where products include chocolate or other temperature-sensitive items, these are dispatched in good condition and with appropriate packaging where possible. However, we cannot accept responsibility for any melting, blooming, or changes in appearance that occur during transit, as these are outside our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring timely receipt of deliveries and for providing a safe delivery location to reduce exposure to temperature extremes.
Candles
Where candles are included within gift sets or products, all safety instructions, warnings, and usage guidance must be followed as provided by the original manufacturer. Customers are responsible for reading and adhering to this information prior to use.
Quirkably Yours acts solely as a reseller of these products and does not manufacture candles. We accept no liability for damage, injury, or loss arising from misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
Cosmetics for Gift Sets
Where products include cosmetic, skincare, bath or pamper items, all ingredients, allergen information, warnings, usage instructions and expiry dates must be checked and followed prior to use.
Some items may be supplied in original manufacturer packaging, while others may be relabelled by Quirkably Yours using information provided by suppliers. Customers acknowledge that Quirkably Yours is not the manufacturer of these products.
We accept no liability for any adverse reactions, irritation, injury, or loss arising from misuse, individual sensitivities, or failure to follow instructions provided on product labelling.
Soft Plush Items
Soft plush items included in gift sets are sold strictly as decorative keepsakes and not as toys.
These items may contain internal bead filling or small components which present a choking hazard. They are not suitable for infants or children and must not be used for play, sleep, or unsupervised handling.
Quirkably Yours accepts no liability for misuse of these items or failure to follow safety guidance.
9. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities per person, per household, or per order.
You agree to provide accurate, complete billing and account information for all purchases.
10. Optional Tools
We may offer access to third-party tools, which are provided “as is” without warranties or support. Use at your own risk.
11. Third-Party Links
This site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or accuracy and accept no liability for them.
12. User Comments, Feedback and Other Submissions

19. Deliver Delays
We can not be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, couriers, weather, industrial action, customs or circumstances outside our control.
20. International Orders & Customs
If you are purchasing from outside the UK, you are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or local charges. We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspections or local postal services.
21. Children’s Privacy
Our website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If such data is inadvertently collected, it will be deleted promptly.
