Each tin includes everything needed to start growing on a bright windowsill:

Contains MILK, SOYA. May also contain traces of gluten (wheat), peanuts, and tree nuts (such as almonds or hazelnuts) due to cross-contamination in shared production facilities.
Ceramic Hearts
Our ceramic hearts are designed as standalone decorative keepsake items or optional add-ons within selected gift sets.
Each ceramic heart measures approximately 6cm and is created as a lasting keepsake piece. Designs may vary slightly, making each item unique.

🚚 Postage
Postage is free on all orders.
Every item is carefully packed and dispatched from our studio in Orpington, Kent. We use Royal Mail as our standard courier service (Tracked 48 – approximately 2–3 working days).
Orders are usually dispatched the next business day where possible. Please note that business days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, and we do not dispatch at weekends or on public holidays.
📦 Packaging (aka the fun bit)
We believe opening a parcel should feel like a little moment of joy.
Each order is packaged with care and chosen to suit the product type, ensuring it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Smaller keepsake items are sent in secure padded envelopes, prints are packaged in hard-backed envelopes, and gift sets are carefully packed in sturdy boxes. Where items are more delicate, we add protective wrapping such as wood wool and honeycomb paper to keep everything snug and secure in transit.
It’s all thoughtfully done — good for the planet, good for the gift, and just a little bit lovely when it’s opened.
Returns
Returns & Refunds Policy
Our products are made to order and personalised, so we cannot accept returns unless:
- The item is faulty
- The item does not match your submitted order
Please note, if you add your own text, images, or customise any elements, the item cannot be returned.

Damaged in transit?
If the packaging is damaged on delivery, please take a photo before opening and email it immediately to hello@quirkablyyours.co.uk or use our chat service during UK business hours.
