Postage is Free

Every item is lovingly packed and dispatched from our studio in Orpington, Kent.

We use Evri as our standard courier (2–4 day service), though occasionally we may use Royal Mail depending on the order.

All orders are dispatched on the next business day wherever possible.

NOTE: Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on weekends, or bank holidays.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Our products are made to order and personalised, so we cannot accept returns unless:

• The item is faulty
• The item does not match your submitted order

Damaged in transit?

If the packaging is damaged on delivery, please take a photo before opening and email it immediately to hello@quirkablyyours.co.uk or use our chat service during UK business hours.
